Simply put, YES I WANNA WATCH IT AGAIN! I WANNA WATCH IT OVER AND OVER AND OVER AGAIN!

Why? Because everytime I watch, it will be a different set of comedy all over again. That's the power of the four brothers - Afdlin Shauki, Hans Isaac, AC Mizal and Awie.

I was at Istana Budaya for a meeting several days before Cuci The Musical was launched. So, yes I saw Awie at the cafeteria during lunch break. Serious as ever. With the slightest of a gangster look and feel. But a week later - all that look and feel vanished - when he transformed into Jojo the character. And to me, he is the most 'adorable' yet funny, a little dumb-dumb yet sweet, a good-hearted friend yet macho and to me, Awie is a brilliant performer! Pairing him with Adibah Noor was a 'match made in heaven'.

Guys who needs no introduction - Afdlin Shauki and AC Mizal, spontaneous as ever and definately added wonderful colors to the show. The most memorable moment was of course the part Afdlin Shauki tried to finish off his high key when they others interuptted and when AC got angry with the siblings, living the stage through the crowd but 'nak juga ajak CJ sekali'...

Hubby's point of view was that Hans was trying too hard to sing - but suppose he didn't sing, it would not have been called 'Cuci the Musical' after all, would it? And how can he not trying hard when he had to compete and do sparring with the other three well-known singging partners... So I have to cedit the effort. Hans is the symbol of a super-hunk, handsome guy, who came in as a complete package of a perfect superstar, but to show that he's a normal human being just like you and me, he is a super-hunk, handsome guy, who came in as a complete package of a perfect superstar that can't really sing. So that makes him a little less abnormal.

The gondola ride with the big bright moon at the back was just superb and it was an 'uplifting' romantic scene. Love it. And Hans-Vanida chemistry paid off. it was so sweeeeeeeeeeeeeeettt...

Last but no least, who can forget Adibah Nor's Diana Ross cum fame performance!!!

I wish I'm able to write more but after-effect of insufficient sleep after a weekend of fever started to take place. I'm disoriented. Overall, Cuci The Musical is a 2 thumbs up show!
